Mamoroke Transport & Projects CC was founded by Noel Mashaba as a construction company in November 2002.The close corporation was a one man show when it commenced operations. The company’s name was then changed to Gladafrica Transport & Projects CC in 2005. Gladafrica Transport & Projects CC was converted to a private company in April 2007 [Gladafrica Holdings (Pty) Ltd].It also repositioned to focus primarily on consulting in Civil Engineering, Development and Project Management professional services. Today Gladafrica Holdings is a multi disciplinary engineering consultancy, offering clients professional services in Development Planning, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Project Management and Programme Management services. Gladafrica Holdings group is wholly black owned.
